"Fresh Food Perfectly Spiced" by Peter Tethysys

February 04, 2008 - Mary and I ate lunch at Saigon Gourmet today. Mary had the squid and lemon grass and I had shrimp and lemon grass. The food was great and reasonably priced. We had an order of shrimp spring rolls with fresh cilantro with a nutty peanut sauce. The wonton soup was very fresh and had a rich deep flavor, not the usual watery throwaway soup with tasty yellow wontons. The entrees were perfectly spiced, hot but not burning with fresh seafood. The spiced fried rice was a nice touch and refreshingly different. Portions are generous and service was brisk and friendly. We intend to come back, two thumbs up from us.

November 28, 2007 - The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the place was extremely clean. I personally recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal with a great ambiance.

Douglas - This is my family's favorite resturant. We love the fresh herbs that are used to enhance the flavor of all dishes, especially the soups! You know that it must be delicious if an 8 year old will ask to go there and eat. The service is both friendly and fast!

Lisa - Food is always fresh, served with smile in a very clean environment. Even my kids love it!
